Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment with Utah Spray Tans, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us before booking.

Our Services

Utah Spray Tans provides custom airbrush spray tanning services at our studios in Lindon and Draper, Utah, and via mobile appointments throughout Utah County, Salt Lake County, Park City, and surrounding areas. All services are by appointment only.

Booking and Payment

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly
Walk-in appointments are not available
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
Group bookings of 4 or more people may require a deposit to secure the appointment
Membership fees are charged monthly and cancel anytime with no penalty

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid
We understand that life happens and will always try to work with you. Please just reach out as early as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. We will always provide as much notice as possible.

Client Responsibilities

For the best results and to protect yourself and our artist, clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information on the client intake form including any skin conditions, allergies, medications, or health factors that may affect the service
Follow pre-appointment preparation instructions provided at booking and in our prep guide
Follow post-appointment aftercare instructions for best results
Disclose any sunburn, open wounds, recent waxing, or skin conditions prior to the appointment
Arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind every tan we do. If your result is not what we discussed, reach out within 24 to 48 hours of your appointment and we will make it right.

Important: Results cannot be guaranteed in the following circumstances:

Sunburn or recent skin damage at the time of application. Undisclosed skin conditions or sensitivities. Failure to follow prep instructions including showering within 6 hours before the appointment, use of Dove or coating products, or waxing the same day. Failure to follow aftercare instructions. Hormonal factors including pregnancy or menstrual cycle that were not disclosed prior to the appointment. Retinol or active skincare products used on the day of the appointment.

By booking an appointment you acknowledge that results may be affected by factors outside our control and agree that our guarantee applies only where our prep and aftercare instructions have been reasonably followed and all relevant information has been disclosed.

Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with active skin conditions, open wounds, or sunburn that in our professional judgment would make the service unsafe or likely to produce a poor result
Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or sensitivities to cosmetic ingredients before the appointment
Spray tan solutions contain DHA and cosmetic dyes. If you have known sensitivities, please request a patch test before a full application.
We are not medical professionals and our services are not a substitute for medical advice

Membership Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to all Utah Spray Tans membership subscriptions.

Once purchased, you will receive an email titled "Product Order" containing a link to manage your subscription
You will receive an email notification to your registered email address 7 days before being billed each month
Membership is billed monthly on the date you enrolled. For example, if you sign up on the 9th you will be billed on the 9th of every month until cancelled
Billing continues monthly until cancelled — there is no automatic end date
A maximum of 1 tan can be rolled over to the following month, with a maximum of 3 appointments held at any given time
To cancel, email info@utahspraytans.com at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window take effect the following billing cycle.
No refunds are permitted on membership fees once billed

How to cancel: Email info@utahspraytans.com with your name and a request to cancel. We must receive your cancellation at least 3 business days before your next billing date. No refunds are issued for charges already processed.

Intellectual Property

All content on utahspraytans.com including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Utah Spray Tans and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

By allowing us to photograph or video your results, you grant Utah Spray Tans permission to use those images for marketing purposes including social media and our website, unless you specifically request otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Utah Spray Tans is not liable for any adverse reactions to spray tan solutions beyond what is outlined in our guarantee policy. Clients assume responsibility for ensuring they are suitable candidates for spray tanning and for following all preparation and aftercare instructions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
